Congratulations 2017 Ford Fellows

2017 Ford Fellowships

Congratulations to the 26 College of Science graduate students who won 2017 Ford Fellowships!

The Ford Fellowships seek to increase the diversity of the nation's college and university faculties and are awarded to graduate students who are planning a career in teaching and research at the college or university level. In addition to funding stipends and allowances for predoctoral, dissertation, and postdoctoral research, the fellowship also underwrites awardees' attendance at the annual.

In addition to funding stipends and allowances for predoctoral, dissertation, and postdoctoral research, the fellowship also supports awardees to attend the annual Conference of Ford Fellows, a unique national conference of a select group of high-achieving scholars committed to diversity in higher education as a way to enrich the education of all students.

We are very proud of all of our 2017 Ford Fellows. May they go on to accomplish great things!
